Lake Hickory

FULLY RECREATIONAL LAKE

Lake Hickory covers 4,200 acres and has105 miles of shoreline.  With sixteen boat launches and six marinas you can easily enjoy boating, sailing, jet skiing and water skiing.  The constant water level and clear water clarity make fishing a dream as is evident by the many fishing tournaments held here.

Hickory Crawdads

MINOR LEAGUE BASEBALL

The Hickory Crawdads are a Minor League Baseball team that have called Hickory home since 1993. The 'Dads, as they are affectionately known, are the High A affiliate of the Texas Rangers.  Nothing beats a relaxing baseball game, great food and cold beer!
